This website (superiortype.com) has been produced and is maintained by Vojtěch Říha as further specified below (referred to as ‘Vojtěch Říha’). By accessing this website you agree to its Terms and Conditions.

Payment method

Vojtěch Říha accepts bank transfer payments, credit/debit card payments via payment service provider and Paypal payments. Customers may be requested to accept Paypal’s policies before processing their payments.

Ordering, paying and delivery

Select licence(s) and font(s) you wish to purchase and proceed to check out. Fill in your purchase and invoice details and finalise the order. You have to agree to our EULA to proceed. If you have paid your order online, you will be redirected to a page where you can download your Fonts immediately. The files are compressed in .zip format. If you’ve paid by bank transfer, we will email you a link to a web page where you can download your ordered Fonts immediately after confirmation of payment. Please make sure to check the correct purchase of your Fonts before download. Should you have any problems downloading or uncompressing the font files please contact us.

Value Added Tax (VAT) policy

Non-European customers are not charged Czech VAT (21%). European customers are charged the Czech VAT unless they provide a valid VAT ID during the Checkout process, in which case they are charged 0% VAT. Furthermore, with proof of business registration, we can cancel the VAT on ‘services’ for any European business entity upon enquiry. However, European customers who were charged 0% VAT from us are required to declare and pay the associated value-added tax (the so-called ‘reverse charge’ procedure) in their country. Czech customers are always charged the Czech VAT.

Cancellation and Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days provided the Fonts have not been downloaded. If they have been downloaded no refund will be made.

Vojtěch Říha will replace the Fonts in the event the Fonts do not perform in accordance with the documentation, provided that any such claim is submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase of this licence. Your sole recourse is replacement Fonts; no refunds will be granted. To submit a claim you must return the Fonts to Vojtěch Říha together with a copy of your sales receipt. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Fonts is at your sole risk.

Limited warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Fonts is at your own risk. The Fonts and related documentation are provided on “AS IS” basis, and except as noted herein are without warranty of any kind and Vojtěch Říha and its affiliated companies hereby expressly disclaim all warranties expressed and implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Vojtěch Říha does not warrant that the operation of the Fonts will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the Fonts are without defects. The Fonts are not fault-tolerant and are not intended, and were not designed or manufactured, for use in manufacturing navigation control equipment, or in any other circumstances where the use or failure of the Fonts could lead to death, personal injury, property damage, or severe physical or environmental damage. Under no circumstances shall Vojtěch Říha be liable to you or any other party whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any special consequential or incidental damages including lost profits, savings, or business interruption, as a result of the use of the Fonts even if notified in advance of such possibilities. Vojtěch Říha's liability to you shall in no event exceed refunding of the cost of the Fonts or replacement of the Fonts, at Vojtěch Říha's sole discretion.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, consequential, or special damages, or implied warranties. Only where applicable by law any implied warranty or condition created by law is only effective for a thirty (30) day warranty period. There are no warranties or conditions of any kind after the thirty (30) day warranty period. The exclusions noted above may not apply to you. Otherwise, and to the extent permissible by law, you agree that all implied warranties are not effective for more than thirty (30) days.

Privacy and Data security

We do not store any financial or credit card information on our servers. We do not sell information about our customers to others. Your customer information is stored for the sole purpose of managing your account and purchases. Additionally it is used to keep you posted about new font releases, upcoming events and other announcements.

We collect your name and email address to send promotional newsletter only if you have requested it. If you wish to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so by clicking the link at the bottom of the newsletter or in your account settings.

Cookies and saving information on your computer

This website uses cookies (small files downloaded to your browser) in order to provide you with a seamless browsing experience and a smooth checkout process. Cookies may also be used by third-party tools installed on this web. In order to collect anonymised data on customer behaviour we use Google Analytics, which utilises cookies as well. We respect your privacy and will never use cookies to identify you or to save private data. You can always delete cookies uploaded to your computer or control how your browser uses them. That may, however, prevent you from using some parts of this website.

Updates

Vojtěch Říha retains the right to modify, update, improve the contents of the website at any time. Vojtěch Říha does not warrant the correctness of information provided on the website and will not be liable for any failure to update such information.
