Ordering: step by step

1. Choose a font you would like to order and click Buy.
2. You will be offered the Buying options.
3. Select Individual fonts or Complete font family.
4. Choose the Premium or Basic font package.
5. If you need to install fonts on your computer, choose Desktop License.
6. If you only want to use the fonts on your website, choose Web License.
7. Click Add to Cart, check out, and choose one of the payment methods.
8. You can pay by Credit/Debit card or use PayPal.
9. Fonts will be available to download when the transfer is complete.

Our payment system will automatically prevent multiple purchase attempts, so please check your details first before trying to order again.

International restrictions for users outside of Czech Republic

We are based in Czech Republic. Some credit card companies in different countries may flag the transaction as an international risk and not authorize the purchase.

In this situation, you can call your bank to pre-authorize the payment for Vojtěch Říha in Czech Republic.

You can also use an alternative payment method such as PayPal, though we still recommend pre-authorizing first if you want to try the same card.

Mismatched billing details

Make sure that all of your entered information matches what your financial institution has on file.

If using a VPN service, switch this off temporarily so that the IP address matches the card's country of issue.

Browser or website issues

We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or IE/Edge during checkout for quick and easy processing.

Ordering without paying VAT

Vojtěch Říha is registered in the Czech Republic. He is obliged to charge Value Added Tax (VAT) on sales and services within the European Union (EU).

VAT will be set to 0% during checkout:

• when you reside outside the EU
• when you have a company registered in the EU and not registered in the Czech Republic

Invoicing

We issue invoices in PDF for all orders. You can download copies of the invoices from My Account > Orders.

License discounts 

There is currently only one automatic discount principle in our e-shop:

• discounted bundles of complete font families

Right now, we don’t offer any discount for academic institutions or students.

If you are a charity and would like to get a discount, let us know. Maybe we could help.

Refund policy

When you may request an exchange:

• you have not downloaded and installed the font files within 14 days from the purchase date
• the font file is defective and you are not able to install it within 30 days after purchase
